Be careful people, he is very dishonest person, he took advantage of a recent real estate transaction and cheated me with the money, we had agreed on a certain fee, but he never honored his words. Careful guys before you deal with him.

Let me start off by saying Marlin is the best real estate agent I ever worked with, and this is the 4th house I have sold. He is extremely detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. He told me what to expect right off the bat, and worked up very good comps to help me set a sales price that we were comfortable would sell within a month or so. He instructed me on what I should fix up right away before putting the house on the market in order to get the biggest bang for the buck. After completing those items in about 2 weeks, the house sold in three days, at the asking price. I could not have been happier. Very͏ Knowledgeable And Responsive! I first contacted Marlin on January 13th. I signed closing paperwork on February 23rd. I didn't expect it to be that quick.
