Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Working with Marlin has been the first. He was never trying to sell me something. He was trying to find me what fit my needs. Quite often he felt things were overpriced and advised me as such. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection.
