APPLICATION CHECKLIST
1. Clear copy of your Driver’s License
2. If not a US Citizen, copy of your Green Card or other Official Documentation
3. Two or more current, consecutive pay stubs; to equal one full month of pay
4. Last two W-2’s or 1099’s
5. Last two complete tax returns with all schedules. (Personal and/or corporate –if applicable).
6. If retired, copy of your Social Security Awards letter, 1099’s, and/or pension statements.
7. Two current months of bank statements on all accounts, INCLUDING ALL PAGES (FOR EXAMPLE; 1 OF 2, 2 OF 2.) NEED PAGES INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK.
8. Documentation of large deposits (copies of cancelled checks)
9. Current statement for any investment accounts; 401K’s (with terms of withdraw), stocks, bonds and/or IRA accounts.
10. Current Mortgage statement and Insurance Declaration page with yearly premium amount (if applicable.)
11. Copy of statements for HOA dues on all properties currently owned (if applicable)
12. If you are selling your present residence, supply a copy of the signed contract.
13. Complete copy of your divorce decree, the final judgment, and Marital Settlement Agreement (if applicable)
14. Copy of bankruptcy papers including evidence of discharge (if applicable)
15. If applying for a VA loan while on active duty: Statement of Service Letter and Certificate of Eligibility.
16. If applying for a VA loan and not on active duty: copy of DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility.
17. For REFINANCES: Copy of the Survey, Homeowner’s Insurance, Owners Title Policy, and Flood Insurance

Hello,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marlin Bosch I was very lucky to have been raised in Alaska in a Military Family. After leaving Alaska I attended Mt. Hood Community college where I studied business management and development. I moved to Vancouver WA and obtained my Real-Estate license and began working with ERA Real-Estate. After two successful years with ERA I was recruited by a colleague to come to his company Crown Home Mortgage and worked as a mortgage broker. After two years as a mortgage broker I then started Bosch Inspections Inc. in Vancouver WA.
My home inspection knowledge was derived from working in and around construction from a young age and before and during college and working construction and maintenance for British Petroleum. I had a great time building my home inspection company in Vancouver commanding 34% of the market by 2002.
I then decided to make the move to Tampa, the number one reason like most of us transplants was the sunny weather and beaches of the Tampa Bay area. When moving to Tampa in 2002 I decided to start work for WM. Coffman & Assoc. the largest appraisal firm in Pinellas County at the time. Although I was missing my home inspection business, so I restarted the home inspection business here in Tampa. 2004-2018.
After living and breathing all areas of Real Estate since 1996  (Real Estate, Mortgage, Appraisal and Home Inspection) I am now bringing all of my Knowledge and experience full circle.
I bring the perspective and knowledge of all aspects of a Real Estate transaction that few if any agents can bring to you the client. I have always represented my past clients with the highest level of ethics and putting their best interest first. I firmly believe that to be successful in any service based industry your clients must believe in you and have no doubts that they are being represented in a way that their interest are put ahead of any financial gain and if this premise is followed success will always follow. This philosophy has proven to be very true right from the start of my adult life. I will admit this has not brought me riches, but it has brought me a happy and comfortable life while providing the best service to thousands of clients over years.
